Messaging Guidelines - Saathi Re
Saathi Re provides a messaging
service where people or organisations can reach out to other organisations in the social impact space. Users using this service are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Messaging is primarily meant for 1:1 messaging to organisations and should not be used for bulk marketing purposes.
Some good examples of 1:1 messages are: asking a specific question about the organisation's work, exploring potential synergies,
asking about a specific need of the organisation, fixing up a time to meet etc.
- Messages are encouraged to be specific. Purely promotional or generic marketing messages are discouraged and may be filtered by a machine or human.
- Sending messages with substantially similar content to multiple organisations is discouraged and may automatically be filtered as spam by our system.
- A user can send a maximum of 10 messages per day.
