The focus is on industry specific, short term courses to train individuals and provide them employment in various sectors. The vision is to fulfill the industry demand for skilled manpower and the mission is to construct and improve upon the existing training infrastructure to provide technical and practical training to individuals in various fields including telecom, logistics, apparel & textile and beauty & wellness. Training programs consist of both entry level and advanced courses. Entry level courses focus on providing employability training to individuals and assisting them in finding employment. Advanced level courses aim to enhance the vertical and horizontal mobility of already employed individuals through up-skilling and cross-skilling courses. Training programs are conducted in the form of various courses including language development, life skills, soft skills, vocational learning, corporate training and leadership skills. Trainees are provided technical training, practical training and assistance for developing ideas into innovations. The recruitment cell provides placement assistance to trainees by organizing campus interviews.
