Farmers are also made aware of efficient farming practices by technical experts who tell them about the type of crop they should grow and the practices they should follow. Also, the organisation buys products in bulk for several farmers. This ensures that rates are low and thereby increases the profit margins. It has partnered with multiple agricultural input suppliers to have farming inputs at competitive rates. Rent-free mechanized equipment is given to farmers and they have to just bear the cost of fuel used in the process. Apart from this, the farmer does not have to invest any money in the process, as the capital is interest free. In the end, the profits are shared between the farmers and the company with the farmer getting the major share. If losses are incurred, they are borne by ISF.
