Overview

Works for solving the problem of existing service gaps between preschool education and employability skills of students. The focus is on three areas of education, employability and entrepreneurship and the solution is being offered through two programmes, an innovative preschool and a life & career skill development solution.

The preschool programme is a prototype modeled after a world class pedagogical curriculum, with an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) enabled infrastructure.

E2E (Education to Employability) is a training programme targeting high school students from Classes IX-XII. It has been implemented in collaboration with the Government of West Bengal and aims to impart various skills among the trainees, including employability, life skills, digital & financial literacy and career awareness.

The E2E Plus programme offers a 40 day job-intensive training to students in the area of Hospitality, BPO and Retail. Students are placed at entry level positions in these three sectors upon successful completion of training.

Apart from the core focus area of employability, they have also partnered with other entities such as the UNICEF, Tata Trust and Early Birds with a view to facilitate various women and child development initiatives.

For their efforts in the education sector, they received a "Social Entrepreneur of the Year" award in Masterpreneur Season 3. During 2 years of operation, they have assisted 45 students in securing a placement with the vision of creating 1,00,000 new jobs within the next decade.
