Works with the aim of creating IT-based jobs in rural areas and provides services such as Transcription, Digitization, Customer Experience Management, Read more Supply Chain and Data Management by setting up rural BPO centres and employing local people in those areas. To improve the rural economy, it provides employment to a large number of unemployed or under-employed people from rural and semi-urban India in its centres. The idea is to bring jobs to people rather than bringing people to jobs. This model helps provide quality services at low costs, providing a sustainable business model. Through its DTOUCH 3.0 program, it provides customer-centric skill training and certification to its employees. It operates in more than 10 states in different languages with consumers from more than 15 different types of industries. Desi Crew has won the Udyog Rattan Award in 2013, the Sankalp 2009 Awards for Highly Scalable Model and the Manthan Award for India's Best E-Content for Development in 2008.
