  • Facilitate School Quality Improvement

    1. Adhyayan Collaborative School Review Programme: A multi-stakeholder team uses the Adhyayan Quality Standard framework to review schools' performance in 6 key areas of leadership, teaching, child development, curriculum, community, and resources. This helps schools create action plans for improvement.

    2. Adhyanan School Improvement Support and Training: Adhyayan offers professional development workshops for educators nationwide, focusing on leadership and teaching. They also conduct public programs based on educators' needs and the National Education Policy 2020. The program has reached 90+ leaders and 5 schools.

    3. The Assessor Programme: School leaders participate in the Adhyayan Assessor Programme (TAP), becoming certified Adhyayan Assessors for schools (K-12). The aim is to reach 1.56 million schools across India and achieve the vision of 'a good school for every child'.
