Through a series of sessions featuring diverse practices, participants are guided towards fostering a sense of sangha, or community. The program aims to instill self-confidence while nurturing skills in presentation, leadership, and team building. Remarkably, some individuals have been motivated to pursue new vocations as a result of their participation, with a few even transitioning into roles as yoga teachers.
