CAP Foundation's Child Centered Community Development model aims to enhance the quality of life by forming relationships with children, families, and communities. This involves addressing various needs, including education, health, sanitation, and more. The project collaborates with the community, CBOs, educational institutions, and government services to create a child-friendly society. Through capacity building, economic support, hygiene improvement, and educational enhancements, CAP PLAN projects empower communities. Additionally, the project tackles issues like child counselling, eve-teasing, open defecation, and community mobilization to create positive change agents.

The Teen Channel – Community Learning Centers Initiative strives to bridge the gap between learning and livelihoods. It caters to adolescents and potential dropouts aged 14-18, offering a holistic approach encompassing academic education, social development, life skills, recreation, and workplace readiness. Participants complete high school certification, gain market-relevant employability skills, and receive support for apprenticeships and part-time employment, ultimately improving their quality of life and future prospects.

Established in 2005-06 at Shapurnagar, the CAP Vocational College offers education opportunities to economically disadvantaged community members who completed Class X. Recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana, it offers two-year vocational courses:
1. AET (Automobile Engineering and Technician)
2. CSE (Computer Science Education)
3. HO (Hotel Operations)
CAP currently operates three vocational junior colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The curriculum combines theory and practical sessions, incorporating basic computer skills, life skills, spoken English, workplace readiness, sports, and co-curricular activities. Industry engagement is integral, linking courses to apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and placements. Project work, often sponsored by industry partners, is emphasized.

The Young Leader's Empowerment Program plays a pivotal role in engaging young individuals from slum communities in development initiatives. Its primary aim is to identify young, potential leaders and nurture them to become agents of change within these urban settlements. The program's core objective is to cultivate leadership skills among youths aged 14 to 18, enabling them to actively participate in and comprehend the processes involved in slum development.
The young leaders also received training in various domains, including Child Protection, Water, Sanitation, Hygiene, Health, and Nutrition, with each program spanning two days, resulting in a total of six days of training.

The objective of this program is to create livelihood options to youth in the age group of 18 to 25 years. The model specifically caters to economically disadvantaged young individuals, placing special emphasis on those who have dropped out of school, unemployed high school graduates, migrant youth, and youth from resettlement communities. It promotes workforce preparation geared toward creating employment opportunities, with a strong emphasis on imparting essential life skills and cultivating readiness for work. Following their training, the project actively facilitates the youth's connection to job opportunities, enabling them to secure employment and engage with peer support networks. CAP foundation has conducted similar programs in Mumbai, Haryana, Rajasthan. The youth are trained in Hospitality, Retail, Customer Relations, and IT Enabled Services sectors.
