Issue

Info International Educational and Welfare Society (IIEWS) faces several challenges in its mission to empower communities and foster development: 1. Resource Constraints: We have limited access to funding and resources that frequently hinders the level and success of IIEWS' programmes, restricting its potential to reach more people and communities that are in need. 2. Access Barriers: Poverty, gender inequality, and a lack of transportation are some examples of socioeconomic barriers that limit access to education, healthcare, and employment opportunities for the rural and hilly population. 3.Unemployment and Underemployment: Despite skill development initiatives, unemployment and underemployment persist in the state, particularly among youths and women, due to limited job opportunities and mismatched skills in their districts. Also, the people do not want to send the women out of the district for work, and in this way, the youths are migrating in search of a livelihood. 4. Healthcare Disparities: Healthcare services are often inaccessible or unaffordable for marginalized communities in the hilly area, which leads to disparities in health outcomes and enhances socio-economic inequalities in the rural and hilly areas of the state. 5. Digital Divide: Bridging the digital gap is still a significant challenge in todays world, as many people of the rural and hilly population lack access to digital devices and services, internet connectivity, and digital literacy skills, limiting their participation in the digital economy. 6. Environmental Sustainability: Promoting sustainable organic farming agriculture practices and environmental conservation requires concerted efforts to address issues such as water scarcity, soil degradation, and climate change impacts, particularly in rural and hilly areas. 7. Community Engagement: Engaging communities in program designing and implementation can be challenging due to varying levels of awareness, participation, and trust issues, requiring effective communication and outreach strategies among the locals and also in the. Addressing these issues requires collaborative efforts from stakeholders, including governments, non-governmental organizations, donors, and local communities, to develop holistic and sustainable solutions that promote inclusive development and social justice.
