Since 2005, it has been dedicated to providing accessible, quality education in dentistry. Now in its 16th year, the institution is currently guiding its 16th batch of undergraduates and 5th batch of MDS students in various specialities. Operating under the All India Children Care Educational and Developmental Society Azamgarh, it is affiliated with Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, and holds recognition from the Dental Council of India and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in New Delhi.

As the sole leading private technical institution, the School of Pharmacy Azamgarh offers a D.Pharm programme, presently affiliated with the Board of Technical Education Lucknow, AICTE New Delhi, and PCI New Delhi. The College of Paramedical Sciences Azamgarh, a part of the All India Children Care and Educational Development Society, was established to meet the growing need for qualified paramedics in healthcare. It operates alongside a 500-bed hospital with advanced medical amenities and a team of experienced doctors, specializing in orthopaedic surgeries, joint replacements, trauma, and endoscopy procedures. The hospital conducts over 600 surgeries annually with three well-equipped operation theatres. It also provides physiotherapy services to a significant number of patients daily. Affiliated with the U.P. State Medical Faculty in Lucknow, the institute's aim is to produce highly skilled paramedical professionals, contributing to the healthcare sector.

Established in 2002, the College of Nursing Azamgarh, under the All India Children Care and Educational Development Society, offers a three-year diploma programme in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). This Nursing School holds recognition from the U.P. State Nurses & Midwives Council in Lucknow and the Indian Nursing Council in New Delhi. It is committed to setting high standards of excellence in nursing education and practice, aiming to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to thrive as nursing professionals in a competitive and health-conscious society. Expanding its offerings, the society now includes the College of Nursing, which introduced a four-year B. Sc. (Nursing) program in 2010, affiliated with V. B. S. Purvanchal University in Jaunpur, U.P.
