Provides shelter to women and children who were affected due to partition of India. It has evolved since then and continues to provide shelter to wome Read moren and run orphange for children. It facilitates inter and intra country adoption and adoption of children with special needs. Provides vocational skill development trainings and also, manages the marriage of girls. Manages Childline (1098) for children in distress. Runs a charitable dispensary for the economically weaker section in the city of Jallandhar. Runs A.N. Gujral Senior Secondary School that is affiliated with Punjab School Education Board, Mohali. Provides science laboratories, classroom, computer laboratory, library, music and dance rooms and nursing wing. Started by Late Mr. Avtar Narain Gujral and Late Mrs. Pushpa Gujral, parents of former Prime Minister of India Late Mr. I.K.Gujral. Parkash Kaur, one of the young girls who was raised at this center, now runs her own organization to support other girls who have been abandoned. She received Padma Shri in January 2021 for her work.
