Additionally, the organisation conducts ongoing awareness sessions addressing the prevention of workplace sexual harassment.

  • Eco - Friendly Stay Programme

    Adishakti offers a range of heritage-style guest accommodations, including guesthouses and a cottage, totalling 14 double-occupancy rooms. Each residence is equipped with amenities like WiFi, a kitchenette, helpful house staff, and laundry facilities. The use of Laurie Baker's mud construction techniques guarantees a comfortable stay throughout the year, ensuring an enjoyable experience regardless of the season.

  • Theatriculate Fellowship Programme

    Adishakti recognizes the intricate journey and obstacles inherent in transforming ideas into theatrical productions. In remembrance of Adishakti's four decades of existence, the Theatriculate Fellowship was inaugurated in 2022. This annual fellowship programme, designed for budding performers, aims to empower individuals to bring their concepts to life on the stage. The focus of Adishakti's Theatriculate Fellowship revolves around the creation of solo works, emphasizing thematic exploration in this creative work.

  • Odi Vilayadu Programme

    Deeply rooted in its indigenous heritage, Adishakti, a theatre institution, maintains a strong connection with nearby villages. Its community engagement initiatives impact children's education, women's empowerment, youth training, and support for local and international arts. These efforts either provide livelihoods or enhance communities' capacity to earn. Recent outreach and inclusive performances have uncovered hidden talents in local youth, aiming to nurture a new generation of artists skilled in traditional and contemporary forms. The overarching goal is to instill confidence in parents, educators, and mentors, promoting the idea that art can be a viable profession.

  • Programme for Re-Animation of Traditional & Folk Knowledges in Theatre

    Adishakti's early research in traditional theatre, music, and movement led to a practical physical performance language, encompassing voice training, Kalaripayattu, psychological expression, and rhythm. Despite its performance focus, it dedicates daily efforts to research, creating a discipline that enhances actors' physical, vocal, and psychological expression, rooted in Indian knowledge such as Kalaripayattu and Koodiyattam breath techniques. Since 2001, it has fostered cross-cultural exchanges, revitalizing performance as a bridge between diverse knowledge systems. This research led to SOPE workshops, making traditional knowledge accessible to contemporary artists, and enriching performances with breath mastery.

  • Residential Training Programme

    The 10-day programme is physically and mentally demanding, running 12-hour daily sessions with varied teaching methods to facilitate growth. Master Classes are exclusive, periodic sessions where experts impart deep knowledge and practical skills in fields like filmmaking and scriptwriting. Additionally, two-day training sessions stem from traditional arts research, aiming to craft a modern performance language blending theatre, dance, music, movement, and craft forms.
