From modest beginnings in Muzaffarpur, Prayatna has expanded its efforts in livelihood, healthcare, education, youth development, and sustainable development across various states in India, including Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Odisha, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Jharkhand. The organisation envisions a change led and embraced by the communities themselves, upholding the principles of human rights and fostering dignity for the most deprived.
