The GSDF offers minor grants and fellowships with the goal of fostering future movement leaders and eradicating social divisions brought about by the government's caste-based policies.

Kaushal Bharat Kushal Bharat (Skill based Courses)
It is sponsored by the Urban Development and Housing Department of Muzaffarpur Nagar Nigam. Three courses are approved by Skill India and are supported by providing loan by the bank for start-ups and is affordable by rural and urban poor students.

StateConducts classes for preparing students to clear exams and secure jobs in Banks, Railways, Insurance and SSC.

Skill Education
GSDF offer three courses approved by Skill India - Field Technician Computing & Peripherals (FTCP) in Electronics sector, Sales Associate in Retail sector and Account Executive in BFSI sector. These courses are conducted by DAY-NULM. In these courses, we provide skill training to the students as per NSDC norms and then place them. We also help to provide loans by banks for start-ups. So this scheme is profitable for URBAN POOR STUDENTS who want to do a job or business with any following skill.
