Works for eliminating untouchability and discrimination of Dalits and advancing their legal rights. It is done through various strategies and programs such as knowledge building, community capacity building, participation, partnerships, networking and to ensure self-governance, self-reliance and fundamental socio-economic rights. Provides counseling services, paralegal training, human rights, advocacy for use to right to information and right to service. Managed activities like: It has various programmes for creating awareness and implementation for the benefits of marginalised section in areas of agriculture for farmers like providing non-chemical farming techniques, education for children, women empowerment, health, hygiene and sanitation, generate livelihood, provides social security and social inclusion. Works for urban poverty and governance in cities like Bodhgaya and Patna. Sustainable Livelihood: Facilitates in promoting micro livelihood activities and vocational training to young girls on stitching, embroidery and computer training to make them self reliant. |

Inclusive and Quality Education
Advocates for proper implementation of Right to Education 2010 norms at the educational institution with the government. Organises campaigns to sensitize parents with community involvement to motivate children to join the mainstream educational system. Aims for active participation and management of the centres named as JAGJAGI centers at Patna, Samastipur and BodhGaya. Kitchen Gardening
Encourages the community to grow their own food like herbs, vegetables and fruits and learn about local varieties. It distributed seeds of various varieties among the marginalized families of Vaishali district of Bihar. Women and Girl Empowerment
Initiates formation and nurturing of Self Help Groups. Campaigns against domestic violence-related to women and organizes women groups, especially Dalit women groups on issues related to sexual and physical harassment. Promoting Youth Leadership and Empowerment
Organises various capacity building programs on thematic issues to improve the skill, knowledge and aptitude of the rural youth. It organizes leadership development programmes for both men and women to generate confidence in them to lead their lives. |
