Major tasks and accomplishments (as reported by the NGO):
SEARCH is presently working with marine fisher folk on quality and conservation issues and organizing capacity building trainings at groos root level fisher men. we are working in three districts and so far covered 5000 people. And working on Organic agriculture develoment in two mandals so far trained 1500 farmers. We started information center to help the applicants under Right to Information act,2005 and trained 150 volunterrs to propagate the act at gross root level.we are regularly creating awareness on Environmental issues and providing saplings, material. Apart from these programes we are working on Right based issues, consumer education, Youth welfare, Child welfare and women epowermwnt issues.
