Rubaroo, founded by a team inspired by personal experiences, creates spaces for youth to challenge societal norms, question, and learn. The co-founder Read mores Hema, Monisha, and Neha, driven by passions like youth engagement, advocacy, and facilitation, formed Rubaroo to nurture a mindset shift in young individuals. Their belief in mentoring and experiential journeys led them to establish a platform that fosters self-development and learning opportunities in a safe, inclusive environment. Rubaroo's vision is to forge an equitable world through genuine self-society engagement. Rubaroo's mission is to provide young people with a space to access learning and personal growth. With a focus on changing mindsets through inclusive, experiential learning, Rubaroo empowers individuals to effect societal change. Exposure to diverse perspectives enhances empathy and inclusivity. The organisation's programmes, campaigns, workshops, and youth-led initiatives challenge stereotypes and social norms, encouraging growth beyond identities.
