Since each organization is governed and governed by its own rules, I think a specific policy or regulation is required for its external and internal affairs. Therefore, as this is an important and sensitive issue, this constitutional constitution was proposed for this organization in a non-communal spirit, in the spirit of the liberation war, concerning all irrespective of country, race, religion, and caste. After the formal approval of the general bard and wise lawyers and founders of the organization, the provisions of the said constitution will be applied at all levels of the organization.
