The development approach therefore, is geared toward inclusion using tools like vocational education, entrepreneurship, micro-finance, education, healthcare, women empowerment, social enterprises and training for farmers. Beejak Sewa Sanshthan has also incubated the " Beejak Institute " which provides training and development courses which deliver practical outcome-oriented skills and non-academic training solutions to create opportunities for employment. The training courses include areas such as weaving, basic computer, apparel, personality development, telecom, beauty courses that provide knowledge, practical skills and opportunities.
