We have seen that, when it comes to skill-based learning, there is a significant divide between academia and industry while concentrating on the employment aim. Even when someone has the capacity to work for a living, they frequently lose out on this opportunity because they do not have access to the knowledge and resources that may propel their professional development. We want to close this gap and support people and students on their journey to gainful employment through our partnership with GRADE, the Global Review, Assessment and Determination of Employability.

Well-being and education are two of the eight goals that have been established at 8one. They are part of the fundamental core that directs our work, our conversations, and the change we hope to see in the world. We have emphasized again and time again in these goals the need to create a positive, growth-promoting environment in schools while taking into account the influence, fragility, and diversity of the shared space between educators and students. As an extension of this, we have discussions with schools about how enhancing the bond between students and instructors can serve as the foundation for improved learning results for our kids as well as better life outcomes overall.
