It works towards changing the one-size-fits-all schooling process th Read morerough introducing art and activity based learning methods. The concept of experiential learning is already extensively promoted in Indian education policies like National Curriculum Framework 2005. However, there is a lag in its implementation. Caring with Colour steps in to cover up the implementation lag with its solutions which include developing content mapped to state curriculum​, curating quality resources from partners and skill development programs. Their solutions are based on developing skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and creative thinking. Presently they are involved with 15 government schools in Karnataka.
