  • Since

    2007

Uday Foundation recognizes the daily struggles faced by patients and their families in Delhi, especially for migrants with limited funds seeking medic Read moreal care at AIIMS, the country's largest Government hospital. Due to the high cost of living in the city, they often lack access to economical lodging, hygienic and nutritious food, and other basic necessities. Many families are forced to live outside hospitals, enduring extreme weather conditions without proper shelter, resulting in malnutrition and increased vulnerability to illnesses. This harsh reality is prevalent not only in Delhi but also in other metro cities across the country, where the healthcare system's limitations and lack of speciality treatments compel families to seek medical help far from their homes. Uday Foundation endeavours to address this pressing issue by providing support and assistance to those in need, working to improve their living conditions and ensure access to essential resources. While acknowledging the multitude of social problems faced by society, the organisation is committed to making a positive impact and extending help to those crying out for support, aiming to continue its efforts in addressing the challenges faced by patients and caregivers in the city.

Impact

Uday Foundation is making impact by providing food to 120,000 underprivileged patients and caregivers who live outside hospitals on a monthly basis.

  • Educational Kit Programme

Uday Foundation advocates for an Educational Kit programme aimed at supporting homeless children throughout the year, not just on Children's Day. • Blanket Donation Programme

Uday Foundation conducts an annual Blanket Donation Campaign during winter, offering high-quality warm blankets, dry ration, and dignity kits to underprivileged individuals living on the streets.
