In an effort to bridge the technology literacy gap and enhance productivity of NGOs, it has initiated the Tech4Good Fellowship programme (http://tech4goodfellows.org/). This fellowship is free and focuses on the social development sector needs. The aim is to educate the IT staff from NGOs on strategy for websites & online donations, MIS systems, data management, IT operations and other capacity building tools. Its data literacy workshops help with fundraising by helping NGOs create, learn, refine, and optimise their communications and marketing campaigns for donors and supporters and teams for better crowdfunding and donor engagement and by providing tools to understanding how data works and how to leverage data to make programmes better and measurable using data life cycle, data collection, data aggregation, analysis and visualisation, GIS and maps.
