Besides self-defense, it offers special training courses for security personnel and officers to prepare them for their job. In addition, Proximate Combat System conducts workshops and programs on gender sensitization, implementing CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiatives of organizations that focus on gender equity and women empowerment. The model of its Gender Sensitization Training incorporates four different categories: Awareness, Actors, Action, and Attributes. Awareness covers the meaning, need, and importance of gender sensitization, actors include the stakeholders involved in gender sensitization, and action and attributes refer to the methods and the impact of gender sensitization.
