Through its comprehensive approach, Arunodaya Trust addresses the crucial link between HIV and nutrition, aiming to improve the well-being of its beneficiaries.

Arunodaya Trust's Shelter program, known as "Not Alone," focuses on empowering orphaned children by enhancing their academic achievements, building well-rounded personalities, and fostering a sense of volunteerism for future leadership roles. The programme has reached nearly 42 children across Telangana, with around 20 enrolled in 2016 alone. Through home visits, life-skills workshops, and community activities, dedicated staff members form strong, long-term relationships with the children, ensuring holistic development. The Trust also addresses critical health needs, like providing life-saving medication to HIV-positive children, such as Bhargav, who overcame immense challenges with the support of the organisation. Additionally, Arunodaya Trust undertakes efforts to combat hunger and malnutrition, organising feeding programs in various slums of Hyderabad and Secunderabad to address the pressing issue of hunger and its impact on vulnerable populations.

Arunodaya Trust's Education program focuses on the "Mission Education" initiative, a national-level effort by Smile Foundation. The Trust is dedicated to providing fundamental education and healthcare to underprivileged children in specific districts of Rangareddy, including Shamirpet, Ghatkesar, Nagaram, and Malkajgiri. Arunodaya recognizes that education is the foundation for addressing various social challenges, such as healthcare, poverty, and human rights. The program covers a wide age range, from preschool to bridge courses for drop-outs, and targets children facing challenging circumstances like child labour, HIV/AIDS, street life, disabilities, and disaster impacts. A significant emphasis is placed on empowering girls and women through education. By focusing on child education, Arunodaya Trust believes it contributes to the future progress and development of the nation.

Arunodaya Trust's Livelihood program includes the Smile Twin E-Learning Programme, focusing on areas like Balaji Nagar, Jawahar Nagar, and Shameerpet Mandal. With a majority of the population living below the poverty line, the programme aims to empower youth by providing skills for a better future. The programme covers English speaking, personality development, basic and retail management, and basic computer skills. Many participants have successfully secured jobs, improved their living conditions, and become primary breadwinners for their families. The organisation's broader objectives encompass social service for the needy, trade and industry support, medical relief, education, and partnerships with other groups and organisations. Community mobilization and engagement, including door-to-door surveys and collaborations with local leaders, play a pivotal role in programme outreach, ensuring that underprivileged youth have access to skill development opportunities and job placements.

Arunodaya Trust's Elderly Care programme, in collaboration with Home Instead Senior Care, offers comprehensive support to ensure the well-being and safety of older individuals within the comfort of their homes. The programme provides personalized services, including assistance with personal care, household tasks, and companionship, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. These services are designed to uphold personal freedom while ensuring that loved ones receive the highest standards of care, ranging from one-hour visits to 24/7 support. Through ongoing communication and adaptable care programmes, Arunodaya Trust ensures that the elderly community receives the care they need to maintain their quality of life and independence.
