It uses a combination of storytelling methodologies, innovative constructs and vocational training to foster overall development along with academic learning. The initiative undertakes both direct programmes and indirect programmes with an aim to achieve its objectives. Its direct programme includes 'Class On Wheels' which imparts education at a place and time convenient to the children using techniques like visual demonstration and storytelling. The second programme is the 'In School Programme' which employs techniques such as attendance tracking, child development monitoring and problem detection. It provides engaging content through usage of technology and relevant strategies for teaching. A major part of this programme involves analysis and encouraging community interaction and parent counselling sessions. The third programme is 'Nano Vyagyanik' which provides necessary apparatuses for practical demonstrations for various scientific experiments. This programme trains out-of-school children who cannot afford generic environments for scientific experiments. The fourth programme is 'Ganit Sehaj Hain' under which the initiative has partnered with schools to device innovative ways to communicate the concepts of mathematics in order to develop an easy atmosphere around the subject. It uses creative constructs like-daily objects, tested, innovative methods and student-aptitude based learning processes. The fifth initiative is 'Craftsmanship Development' which involves setting up community training centres and providing vocational skills to children. The sixth initiative is 'Bridge Courses' which provides customised curriculum for differently-abled children. Additionally, the initiative also undertakes various community development programmes which include mother's literacy, awareness programmes about the importance of education and adolescent girl child programme.
